The signal comes from the trx itself, not from the antenna. When the transceiver is in RX with squelch on 432.012,5 MHz it generates a signal on 10.368.220. When squelch is off, the signal is a carrier. My 3cm transverter has a drift of 45 kHz, that's why the frequancy you see on the video is not 10.368.220.
