| No general 70 MHz access in Germany in 2016 In November 2015 DARC contacted the German regulator about access to 70 MHz during the 2016 Es season from early May to end of August. However, with reference to the frequency-political situation in the VHF range, the regulator has not complied with the renewed desire of amateur radio operators by the Ministry of Defence about the refusal.
