LA0BY/P - VHF activity from north-west Norway

NEWS by LA0BY, dated 2020-07-14: My activity went well so far, about 30 contacts via MS and 40 via Es from JP21MX, and 20 from JP22MA. But I also struggled to complete contacts due to poor reflections and perhaps rather low output power on my side. But overall most aspects were favourable (locations, Es, weather). The best reflection heard was from F6DRO over 2073 km (20-25 s) but unfortunately we could not complete the contact. Now the weather forecast looks very good for the next days, which means I will spend more time on family activities and less on the radio. However, I may go back to JP22MA for some hours on Thursday morning. Look for me on KST or 355 if you need JP22 ... Source: MMMonVHF
