Jean-Jacques, ON7EQ, writes that through the help op Joan, C31US, President of URA, that on 16 June 2016 and until 31 December 2016 the 4 m band has been allocated in Andorra from 70,000 MHz to 70,200 MHz, power 10 W, all modes, on a ''non-interference basis''. Jean-Jacques will operate on 4 m during next Perseids (August 12th-14th) with call sign C37MS.
