I have checked statement and info from CT9/OM3RG. My decision: The QSO is OK. Congraxxxtions to Yuri! My conclusion is that may be on first part of QSO from CT to SP/OM path some Tropo plus MS or aircraft scatter was involved, because it was only 2 minutes opening.
