The best of luck to you. It took me a year to negotiate an HF license in he
the 90's. Only 50 watts are allowed on 144Mhz so they may make an exception
for you. Make sure Cuban operators are involved in the expedition. That is
the way they want it.
Be generous & leave a radio or antenna to the club. It is very helpful.
Make sure there is no journalists on your crew.
Cuba does not like journalists they write stuff!!!
