This video shows a simple method to determine if the Reactive component (X) measured on the MFJ-259B is inductive (+) or capacitive (-). This method will work for any analyzer that doesn't give you the "sign" of the reactive component (X) of the complex impedance (Z). The Smith Chart comes to the rescue!
