#595 SMA 162.4 MHz ECL Oscillator with Harmonics

I found an ECL oscillator at the junk store. It give very fast rise time edges and so has healthy harmonics output. After this video my friend told me ECL requires a pull down resistor. The output has a floating transistor and needs a load on the output. I added a 1K resistor and the power output went from -25dBm to -4dBm
