Hello togethet, just read sad news, that DL is not permitted to operate on 4m in 2016 after a short flash up in 2014 & 2015 and I am afraid also in the future.

In November 2015 DARC contacted the German regulator about access to 70 MHz during the 2016 Es season from early May to end of August. However, with reference to the frequency-political situation in the VHF range, the regulator has not complied with the renewed desire of amateur radio operators by the Ministry of Defence about the refusal.
